Delhi University Admission Through CUET
The University of Delhi (UoD) offers admission to various UG courses like BA, BSc, BCom, BEd, etc., based on CUET scores. The University started taking admission through CUET from the year 2022. Now, students can get Delhi University admission through the CUET exam only; the marks scored in class 12 work as a tie-breaker. CUET DU Admission Process 2026
The DU admission process primarily involves submitting an application to the University of Delhi, choosing colleges and courses, followed by the seat allocation. Furthermore, the registration fee for DU CSAS needs to be paid by students to finalize the process.
- After the NTA releases the CUET results, the University begins Phase I of the Common Seat Allocation System. Upon finishing Phase I, students can access their dashboard (ugadmission.uod.ac.in) to choose their desired program and college combination, as long as they satisfy the eligibility criteria.
- The DU CSAS portal for Phases I and II will be closed according to the timetable. Preferences submitted by students will be automatically locked once the deadline is reached.
- In Phase II of CUET-2026, students must align the subjects they studied in Class XII with the subjects they took exams for. Only CUET papers from students who cleared the Class XII board exam were taken into account.
- Candidates must consult the DU Information Bulletin for details regarding subject similarity. The student will solely be accountable for delivering precise subject mapping. In this instance, the university’s choice is conclusive and mandatory.
